• Initial consultation and briefing
• Concept development and approval

• Final delivery and implementation

All creative works remain the intellectual property of ADX AREA LTD until full payment is received. Usage rights are granted according to the agreed terms in the individual contract.

Our payment terms are structured to ensure transparency and fairness:

• 50% project initiation fee
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• 14-day payment terms
• All prices exclude VAT

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. This includes:

• Business strategies and plans
• Creative concepts and designs
• Campaign data and analytics
• Client proprietary information

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, England.
